Community Rules & Terms
BinderNexus is built for collectors. These rules keep it a safe place to grow your collection, share videos, go live, and trade cards. By using the platform you agree to follow them — breaking them can lead to content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal.
1. Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
- No doxxing or sharing anyone's private information.
- Disagreements happen — keep them civil.
2. Keep it TCG
- Profiles, photos, videos, and live streams should focus on trading card games — collections, pack openings, news, stock announcements, gameplay.
- Off-topic spam, promotions unrelated to TCG, or repeated re-posts will be removed.
3. No nudity or sexual content
- Nude, sexual, or pornographic photos and videos are not allowed and will be auto-detected and removed.
- Repeat violations result in permanent removal of the account.
4. No illegal or harmful content
- No content depicting minors in any sexual context — ever. Such accounts are removed immediately and reported to authorities.
- No violence, self-harm promotion, or illegal goods.
- No counterfeit, stolen, or fake cards sold as authentic.
5. Trade and sell honestly
- List cards accurately — real photos, honest conditions, true prices.
- No scams, fake listings, or bait-and-switch.
- Ship promptly once a sale is agreed. Communicate clearly in messages.
- BinderNexus is a marketplace platform — disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties; admins may step in for fraud.
6. Live streams & videos
- Going live or posting videos means following the same rules — TCG-focused, no nudity, no hate, no illegal activity.
- Don't impersonate other creators or brands.
- Don't share copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
7. Account integrity
- You must be 13 or older to use BinderNexus.
- One account per person. No fake accounts or impersonation.
- Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
Enforcement
Admins moderate the platform and can remove content, suspend, or permanently delete any account that breaks these rules. Nude images are auto-detected and deleted. Anyone can use the Report button on a profile to flag a user — reports are reviewed by admins.
8. Terms of service
These community rules form part of the Terms and Conditions of BinderNexus. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them in full. BinderNexus is provided "as is" with no warranty. We may update these rules at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated rules. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
